Thank you for confirming your registration for Love Sparks Couples Retreat powered by Golden Icons. We look forward to sharing the life-changing experience with you and your partner. Here is the onboarding checklist for the Couples Retreat. Please carefully review and complete the following, checking or providing the necessary information where indicated.

All arrivals for the retreat will be at the Punta Cana International Airport, Dominican Republic. Please plan to arrive no later than

4. Visa/Passport Requirements

a. Visitors arriving from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mexico, many South American countries, Central America, Japan, Israel, etc. do not require a visa to enter Dominican Republic.
b. Please, note that the Visa Waiver for Visitors from the above-listed countries is valid for a visit period of up to thirty (30) days only. A visa would be required for all visits exceeding thirty (30) days. Please keep in mind that while a visa may not be required for you to attend the retreat, you must:
i. Complete an Electronic Ticket at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ before entering and exiting the country.
ii. Hold a passport valid for at least six months with at least one blank visa page.

5. Airport Shuttle

We would be providing airport shuttle services for all registered couples. However, to enable us arrange airport shuttle for you and your partner, please provide us with your travel itinerary as soon as you book your ticket(s) and no later than two weeks before the event.

8. Couples’ Areas of Interest

The retreat will feature a range of events and sessions to ensure an impactful and unforgettable event for our couples. Please specify your interests by checking the appropriate boxes below. (Is there a limit e.g. a maximum of __ events per couple?)

9. Identification (ID) Badges

We will supply identification badges to all registered couples. These badges serve the purpose of identifying both participants and organizers and are essential for access to the sessions, events, and any additional activities offered during the retreat.
Please provide the following information for the processing of your ID badges:
a. A personal photograph or passport of each partner
b. Your name (as you would like it to be displayed in the ID badge).

b. If yes, please send the following information to info@goldenicons.com no later than …..(insert date)….. with the Subject Head “Couples Feature - Love Sparks Brochure”
i. Full names of you and your partner
ii. A photograph of you and your partner
iii. A short story detailing how you and your partner met, and what the experience has been so far (no more than 250 words.)
