Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits and payments made toward the Love Sparks Couples Retreat are strictly non-refundable. We kindly ask that you carefully review all retreat details and confirm your availability prior to making any payments. Payment Schedule: Based on your selected payment plan, the remaining balance will be divided into scheduled monthly payments over the number of months chosen during registration. To assist with proper planning and smooth coordination of retreat services, any missed monthly payments must be brought current by December 31, 2026. Full payment for the retreat must be received no later than March 15, 2027. Failure to Meet Payment Deadlines: Due to contractual obligations and other logistical commitments associated with the retreat, failure to remain current on scheduled payments or complete payment by the final deadline may result in the inability to fully secure or maintain your reservation for the retreat. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may impact the retreat, Love Sparks reserves the right to work alongside our resort partners, including Sandals Resorts, to reschedule the retreat dates and/or adjust the destination location as necessary. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives and accommodations for all registered guests.
