* Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits and payments made toward the Retreat are non-refundable. Kindly review all details and clarify your schedule prior to making payments. * Payment Schedule: The balance after the deposit is made is $3195 + credit card fees, if paid via credit card. To facilitate effective planning and ensure smooth execution of services, payments are to be made in the following instalments: 30% of the total fee is due on or before September 15, 2025, 60% of the total fee (cumulative) is due on or before November 15, 2025, 90% of the total fee (cumulative) is due on or before February 15, 2026, and Final 10% payment is due on or before April 15, 2026. (If we do not receive the full payment as scheduled, please note that we will not be able to guarantee your spot). Failure to Meet Payment Deadlines: In line with our contractual agreement and other logistics factor, the February 28, 2026 deadline is critical as we may be unable to secure your spot if at least 90% of the total fee is not received by that date.
